Jack’s Creek Black Angus T-Bone

Our grain-fed Black Angus Beef T-Bone from Jack’s Creek is certified premium Black Angus.

T-Bone is cut from the short loin and has two different steak cuts attached to either side of the T-shaped bone; strip steak on the larger side, and tenderloin on a smaller side.

This cut is smaller than a Porterhouse, but with the same ideal tenderness, leanness, and flavor.

Because it is already tender, t-bones are best for quick cooking methods such as grilling or broiling over dry heat.
