Point end brisket is made up of the muscles from the underside of the chest area, between the front legs; it is versatile, flavorful, and greatly marbled.
This cut has a high degree of connective tissue due to being a well-exercised muscle, making it best suited to slow and steady cooking methods such as slow-braised beef that can easily be shredded for sandwiches, burgers, or tacos.
