It is a thin loaf of French bread that is made from basic lean dough with crispy texture and soft inside .The Traditionalle Baguette loaf is par-baked then rapidly frozen for storage to lock in the bread moisture.
Cooking Method : Always keep in freezer and thaw slowly in room temperature. Then, bake for 5 – 8 mins at 180 degrees Celsius (depending on oven).
