Boquerones – the term boqueron describes an anchovy that is fresh or marinated as opposed to being salted. They are carefully selected for size and quality, before being cured in a light oil marinade. They are ivory white on their skinless side with a very good flavor. Must be kept refrigerated at 0-4 ํ
