The Jamon Iberico from Elpozo is a cured Iberian ham with the “black paw” – “Pata Negra”.

The Iberico ham is cured for a minimum of 24 months. This long period in the bodega, together with the characteristics of Iberian pigs gives the ham its unique intense aroma and flavor.
